  • Initial Meeting

    Walking in the outdoors is a fun experience but safety is also of utmost importance. To ensure the best walk for all, we take on dogs which have good recall, respond to basic commands and are comfortable on lead. Suitabilty will be assessed on an initial meeting (no charge).

    We currently do small group walks of 2 to 3 dogs.

  • Trail Day

    Fit your dog with a collar/harness and lead that he/she is used to. Pick up and drop off is included. The trail walk will last about 1.5 hours, your dog should be away from home for 2 to 2.5 hours. When dropped off, a quick rinse and towel dry will be given if needed.

TRAIL DAYS - tHURSDAY AND fRIDAY (MORNING AND AFTERNOON trails available)

Currently our trail days are Thursday and Friday. The morning trail has a pick up of 8.15 am - 9.15 am. The afternoon trail has a pick up of 12 pm - 1 pm.

On-leash or off-leash ?

Trail walking is done on-leash as walks are generally conducted in areas where this is a requirement. This is also to ensure the safety of all dogs while in the outdoors.

How are dogs grouped ?

During the initial meeting, we seek to understand the nature, behaviour and triggers of each dog. With this information, we then group our dogs for trail walking. Unfortunately we are unable to take on dogs which are reactive to other dogs or people as this requires specialized reactivity training.

What to prepare for the trail walk ?

Ensure that your dog has been properly fed his/her breakfast. You can choose to provide specific treats for the walk. Otherwise I will be carrying my treats and water for the dogs. Kit out your dog in his/her usual walking equipment (collar, harness, lead).

Keeping you in the loop

We know that as pet parents you will be anxious to know how your dog has done on the trails. We will happily send you photos of their time in the outdoors.

For regular walkers (at least 1 walk each week):

$40 per trail walk

For one-off or casual walkers:

$45 per trail walk
